Karen graduated from D'arcy Lane in 2008 and has been a massage therapist ever since, with experience in all aspects of the massage therapy field from physiotherapy clinics to a spa to working from home, teaching and more.
Karen focuses on deep tissue massage and has training in infant massage, perinatal massage therapy, acupressure, cold light laser therapy, Thai massage, cupping, and trigger point therapy.
Karen completed courses in advanced pediatric massage therapy and massage therapy for fertility prior to Covid and has since undertaken a Bachelor of Health Science from Queen's Universisty.
Karen lives in St Thomas with her husband and two young daughters.
Julia graduated in 2004 from Lambton College's Massage Therapy program. Since then she has worked in a variety of rehab clinics, spas and home based clinics.
She is committed to her clients' health, focusing on a holistic approach to healing the body through massage while working alongside a variety of other health care practitioners.
Julia has training in hot stone and deep tissue massage, utilizing aromatherapy and other natural treatments. She also provides pregnancy massage.
She is interested in furthering her education in reflexology and aromatherapy in the future as complimentary treatments to massage therapy.
Julia lives in beautiful St Thomas with her husband and four children.
Kathleen, or Katie as most people call her, has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015.
Since her graduation, Katie has had the opportunity to work in Multidisciplinary clinics, individual settings, as well as a Health club.
With her additional education in TMJ, Prenatal, Orthopaedic and Pain Management massage techniques, Katie is able to help with a variety of ailments and conditions.
Katie is a St. Thomas native and is always eager to help in any way possible. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you on your relaxation and recovery journey.
From the age of eight, Nicole has been competing in sports. Her love for physical activities started as a young ballet dancer, and quickly grew into field hockey and weight lifting. Driven by this passion, Nicole completed her diploma in fitness and health promotion, attaining a certification as a personal trainer.
Nicole has also been involved in the natural health food industry for over 5 years by providing nutritional and supplementation recommendations.
She has completed a diploma in Reflexology which she uses to combat common complaints such as stress, circulation, sluggish metabolism, headache and migraine relief and relieve of pain and stress and more.
Reflexology uses gentle pressure applied to the foot in areas that correspond to organs of the body to send messages from the peripheral nervous system to the central nervous system that signal the body to decrease tension levels.
